Turn of the century carriage house that was moved off its original locust post foundation. A new 10 foot concrete foundation was built and the house was moved back onto it. With new additions and a total renovation, the carriage house was transformed into a modern industrialized home.
The Finished Product
The glass floating staircase allows the outside light to come in. This sleek industrial look is a stunning focal point for this living space.
Reclaimed Heart Pine wood was used on one wall. A built-in fireplace was added and a “hidden” door leads you to a guest bedroom.
